In regards to my thoughts about this trip, I experienced a new closeness with God during this trip. After seeing the actual places where Jesus had to go before his crucifixion and the long distances he had to travel, I experienced more deeply the suffering He had endured for me.

My name is Lydia Chan. I am eight years old. I like to thank God that I have a opportunity to go to this trip to the Holy Land with my Daddy, Mommy, auntie Crister and auntie Nadia (the tour leader).

I was so happy to see the Garden Tomb because I wanted to see the place where Jesus laid. However, I couldn’t find him there because “HE IS NOT HERE-FOR HE IS RISEN”. Amen.

I couldn’t able to ride the camel by myself but I really enjoyed the horse ride and donkey ride.

Thanks for everyone and I will definitely go back to the Holy Land when I grow up.

在這次旅程中，我對兩個地方留下深刻的印象：

(1) 大祭司該亞法府第

﹣在那院子有一個銅像述說當日彼得三次不認主

﹣在銅像的不遠處有一條沒有被修補過的石級路，傳說是二千年前耶穌在被賣那夜曾走過的路。我望著銅像，問自己，「你有沒有在人面前不認主？」

(2) 提比哩亞海邊

﹣在那裡有一個銅像述說當日耶穌三次問彼得 「你愛我比這些更深麼？」

﹣在不遠處有一塊大岩石，傳說耶穌站在那裏問正在打魚的門徒吃過早飯沒有，後來便為他們預備早飯。大岩石前有三塊心形的石頭。

我站在海邊，問自己，「你愛主比這些更深麼？」

聖地之旅是非一般的旅遊，除了景點的講解外，還有頌讀有關經文，唱詩及祈禱，我的感覺就是走進了聖經裡。

我感受最深的是在伯利恆的主誕堂外合唱平安夜及在耶路撒冷的花園塚內同守聖餐。

聖地之旅已在我的生命中留下一頁非常美麗的回憶。

這次聖地考察是我最累的一次外遊，但亦都最難忘和開心的一次旅程。我覺得一生人最少要去一次，還要趁年輕的時候去，因為真的很需要體力的。我經歷了很多難忘的第一次：夜登西乃山，雖然週圍漆黑一片，但是因為騎著駱駝的原故我可以專心看星星和心裡亨著「我要向山舉目」；浮在死海閱讀雜誌；在花園塚空墳墓前領聖餐和唱詩讚美；在客西馬尼園禱告重溫主愛……等等太多經歷不能盡錄。這次旅程有很多值得反思和學習的功課，一定要自己親身體會的，如果想好似我夢想成真的話，一定要好好把握明年的機會，因名額有限！

參加這次聖地考察團確是有很大的得著與驚喜，十三天的行程可說恰到好處，考察地點能勾出幕幕聖經歷史在眼前，鞏固個人對聖經記載的真確性與認知性。十月份的天氣還可以，食住行安排非常滿足，遇考察於娛樂，我百份百推薦這個考察團。

When I firstly received the group list consisting of over 50 participant, 40 of them are ladies, I hesitated. A bus fully loaded with no empty seat, I start worrying that what kind of problem we will encountered in the next two weeks. But as days passed by, I realized that I should not speculate Nadia's experience and organizing skill. She is so patience and considerate with us, especially she never look tired. Will this be a small miracle or everybody is praying with one heart. At the end of the trip, everybody is safe and sound, learning much more about Jesus footsteps and bring home a sweet memory.

Thank you for arranging this trip for all of us and for taking care of us during the trip. Seeing the biblical sites first hand was very different from just reading about them in the bible. I learned a lot about the old testament times through this experience. Hopefully I can join more tours with you in the future.

- Scale 750 steps to the top of Mt. Sinai to watch the sunrise, a challenge for everyone especially with my flash light burnt out after 100 steps
- Study before and after the trip and try to absorb "everything" during the tour
- Swim the coldest water (Mt Sinai), warmest water (Petra) and something in between (Dead Sea)
- Take a photo with a soldier and an undercover agent together at the Wailing Wall (no bullet proof vest required)
- Try not to be the last one to board the tour bus at each stop (no prize awarded)
- Don't worry : frequent "W.C." stops (tokens required for entry in some cases)
- Scale 1 to 10 : give it a 11 (exceptional)
- Highly recommended for any one, Christians and non Christians alike
